Three Down / Two To Go

So far I’ve completed three days of chemo and have two more to go. I still feel very good and have not experienced any side effects to speak of. I am anticipating feeling good until early next week when my nap time should increase as my blood counts decrease. However, I am going into this chemo session in better shape than the previous sessions so maybe I won’t feel as tired.

Still no word on a marrow donor so keep praying that one shows up.

We wish everyone a healthy and prosperous New Year.

Bill

Keep hanging in there. Watch football this weekend. Prayers go up daily for you, Nancy and those possible donors out there. Did you enjoy the emails I sent you?

I would gladly take some of that naptime! Good thing it should wait until next week - at least you can watch the Picksburg Stillers today and enjoy the game!

Go Steelers!

Love, prayers, and good health,
Gail

Hey, Bill - we are thinking of you and praying for you every day. And you've also been prayed for by the staff of First Pres. in Lexington.

Glad you're feeling stronger this go-round.

Our love to all,

Nap! What's that? I glad you are not having any side effects to speak of. Enjoy this weekend filled with sports, especially the Steelers.

You are in our thoughts and prayers that a suitable donor will be found soon.

Bill,
Happy to see that you are writing the notes.
That's a good sign. We hope you stay feeling pretty good throughtout this round of chemo.
According to Brian, don't worry about napping.......it's a good thing to do. Besides,
when have you ever had such a valid excuse!! :-)

Good to see you writing the daily script (although Nancy does a fantastic job).
Glad to hear that all is going well with this round. I hope that the worst effect is that you will be tired and require a nap!!!!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we wish you, Nancy and your family a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Bill and Nancy,

I, too, noted that Bill is the author of the last post. I thought that was a good sign. I hope that extra nap time is the only side effect of this round of chemo. I'm praying, crossing my fingers, knocking on wood etc. for a marrow donor.

Take care of each other,

Jill

Bill I just discovered your blog site though another one. Please know I have added you to my prayer list. Trust in God that the right transplant will come for you. I like to start each day with "There's nothing you and I can't get through together, Lord".
