Sept 24-Message from Bill

I want to thank everyone for their comments of words and encouragement. I continue to be overwhelmed and humbled by the response to the blog site.
It looks like 5 to 7 more days of hospital stay before I get to go home. So far the doctors are happy with my progress, and I just sit back and let Mother Nature take it’s course.
Thank you again for your comments.
Bill

Such a great guy deserves such great news!!
We're so pleased for you.
Know that you're looking forward to that next grandchild. Certainly a reason to get well.
Take care, and we're so glad that we can keep up with your progress.

Relax and let nature take its course is sometimes easier said than done.I bet you are getting antsy to go home.

Kari's days are numbered by the looks of her. How excited you and Nancy must be.
How about those Steelers!!!
Saying more prayers,
Love,
Paula

Bill,

things are sounding better all the time for you. Our prayers are continuous.

We missed you at the three club event. The Questors seemed to like it, so we'll do it again next year with you there playing at your best.

I haven't been by to see you because Sharon has been battling shingles and I could be carrying it with me because I had chicken pox when I was a kid.

I do hope to pay you a visit next week. I have a physical on Monday and will ask my doctor if I pose a risk to you. Hopefully, you will be at home.

Heal well my friend,

Vic "three club" Maroni

So good to hear from you! Before you know it you will be on the other end of the infamous "honey do" list - and will be glad to be there. Miracles do happen - you know, some people even get more hair after chemo is done! There is still hope!!
Hope you feel stronger and more like yourself every day. I don't know who you've been feeling like these last few days, but I can almost guarantee it hasn't been the Bill we know and get harassed by!

Hope you are feeling better every day!

Love and Prayers,
Gail

Bill - Glad that things are going well and you can see going to your house at the end of the lighted tunnel. Kari looks beautiful. Tell her I said so. I know the family will be ready for that arrival, especially Kari and Jeff. As you know, we know what chemotherapy can do to someone. Take it easy buddy and don't get too wild when you get home. We aint 30 any more, hell, we aint 50 any more. Becky is in her 50's and married to a man in his 60's but that will change soon.

Wow Dad! Glad you were able to get those fingers typing! Today's my last day of work. Mom's predicting tomorrow. I think this weekend - Andrew is still enjoying kicking me too much to leave now.

Bill,

Continue to rest and get better, getting home will be wonderful.

Your wife played golf like a pro yesterday! We had a very nice day with group hugs, great shots and her chip-in.

Take care, you are in our prayers and thoughts.

Still thinking of you and praying that the recovery is easier than the last month. Sure am happy to hear about Andrew. You must be very proud and I can't blame you. Rest and recover. Put yourself first for a change. Get strong enough to chase those grandchildren around. Love Jean
